In reply to: [AStickyPostOrderER] Adding AStickyPostOrder function for Editor rolesNot to derail your thread, but have you even been able to use AStickyPostOrderER? I did until I updated to wp 3.1.2. Now it’s just not doing anything. What version are you running?
As far as I cen see, the plugin haven’t been updated since 2007! https://pixelplexus.co.za/blog/2007/11/20/plugin-to-change-wordpress-post-order/
But to answer your Q: postmash does the same job, and is available in the admin interface under posts, so that might be available to Editors.
Turns out Host Gator was wrong. They had to update php on my server and recompile with curl. Works again now.
BTW: Took me a while to get it working because Google Chrome had an extension called AutoPatchWork – Version: 1.8.1 that makes the comments not show up.
In my case, everything was working nicely, but I then I didn’t update the site for a while (weeks).
So I without checking if everything was still working. I updated both WordPress and the Facebook plugin when I started working on the site again. That’s when I noticed that it broke. So I wish I knew what caused it.
But yes: everything was working 100% before I updated the site to the latest version of WP and the plugin.
