In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Pro Rated Tax on ShippingHi @philjw ,
Thanks for sending further details. Please enable WooCommerce tax logs from WP Admin > WooCommerce > System Status > WooCommerce Shipping & Tax. Then, please try placing the same order with the same products and the same address — so the details would be logged (at WooCommerce > System Status > WooCommerce Shipping & Tax page).
Then, copy the log and paste in your reply so we can review. Make sure to obfuscate any sensitive details in the log.
Alright, @wood1e! Thanks for letting us know and definitely reach out if you need more help.
Hi @wood1e ,
it seems that the ‘card fields’ fail to load, so are very narrow and stop customers entering payment details.
That’s odd. It generally happens due to JavaScript errors on site. When it happens (when the fields fail to load or are small) — then please open the JavaScript console in your browser and send us a screenshot of it.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Set image title when uploading product using csv fileHi there,
Is it possible to have the image title match the product title when viewed on the frontend, and if so how would I do this?
Out of the box, it isn’t possible to change the image title so that it matches the product title. You can make the change when you import/update the products via CSV file.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Google Merchant ListingHi there,
Thanks for sharing the site status report, I see your site has 48 active plugins so a conflict is also possible.
Changing permalinks and slugs is not an option as we will loose SEO rankings. So changing the language is not a way to fix the issue.
As mentioned previously, we don’t have any other workarounds to share at the moment. If changing the slugs and language on the live site is not possible, then you may consider creating a staging site and checking on it (I’d recommend connecting the staging site to a different Google Merchant Center account).
If the issue persists even after this, then I’d recommend conducting a conflict test per https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] High resource usage after any changes of Gla fieldsHi there,
Thanks for sharing the logs and site status report. Log for Google Listings & Ads only indicate that the products were synced. I do see some fatal error in the second log which are coming from the Google Site Kit plugin. Can you please try deactivating Site Kit, and then see if that resolves the issue?
Hi @dscelectronicsde ,
Thus my suggestion, either add the option to update the Availability Date for all products in bulk, or add it to the attribute rules section so we can set it to a value “Today + X Days” or at least a specific fix date. Another solution would be to add the attribute “Availability ” to the attribute rules section, wo we could set all products to “Available” instead of “Backorder” for the feed.
Thank you for the suggestion. Kindly add this as a feature request here so the development team can discuss and consider adding the feature: https://woocommerce.com/feature-requests/google-listings-and-ads/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Square Credit Card Field Suddenly Greyed Out at CheckoutHi @jenelevate ,
I checked the site and I see that the credit card field is showing fine and credit card numbers can be added as well:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Images – Zoom effect IssueHi @sophie2e ,
I checked the issue you’re experiencing on your store, we were not able to replicate it on our test sites.
On your site, I see a lot of 400 errors when accessing admin-ajax.php:
Full Size: https://d.pr/i/FKFJAzIt seems to be a conflict or due to an error on the server itself. Can you please perform a conflict test per the steps here? If issue persists, then I recommend reaching out to your web host to check if there are any enforced limitations on admin-ajax.php
Hi @dazedandconfused2 ,
Out of the box, WooCommerce allows 50 variations — it seems you’ve bypassed the default limit through custom implementation and that may be creating some issue here.
Can you please check if the issue persists in conflict safe conditions (i.e with other plugins disabled and the themes set to a default theme like Storefront theme?
Btw, it would be so nice if you could group the variations. E.g. Make groups called “Medium Red Sweaters”, “Medium Green Sweaters”, “Large Red Sweaters”, etc. where you could hide (expand and collapse) several variations. If you have 128 variations this would come in handy.
For this, I’d recommend submitting a feature request here; https://woocommerce.com/feature-requests/woocommerce/
Hi there,
Thanks for sharing the logs —?I’m not seeing any issues based on the log.
I see that in your initial request, you’ve mentioned
Woocommerce order status not updating to complete after successful ITN
. Does that mean that you’re expecting the Order status to change to “Completed” after the Payment is completed?I believe there might be a confusion here. When the payment is completed, order comes in with the status of Processing. After this, it is up to the shop managers to ship/fulfill the order and mark it as Completed.
I recommend reviewing what the different Order Statuses are here: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Is there an sandbox mode ?Hi there,
In order to migrate to this plugin, and avoid mis setting that might cause account suspended, is there is a sandbox mode? so that we can check everything is fine, and then set to alive?
There isn’t a sandbox mode available as Google Merchant Center does not have the sandbox environment. I’d also not recommend testing it on staging site as that may create multiple listings of your product Google shopping feed.
I’d recommend reaching out to the support of the other plugin you’re using to check on their guidance to completely disconnect your site’s feed generated by that plugin with Merchant Center, and then you can set up Google Listings & Ads.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Not Resubmitting Expired ItemsHi @tigger2350 ,
I did that, and it said, “Successfully scheduled a job to sync all products!” So why didn’t it sync when they were expiring? How will I know if it syncs next time when they’re expiring?
It’s possible for products to not sync if the scheduled actions area failing on your site.
Can you please go to WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions, and check how many pending and cancelled actions are listed there? Also, please take a screenshot of that page and share it with us.
