Can you please let us know how you enabled themes and plugin without logging into WP Admin, did you use FTP for it?
If so, could you please try renaming the active theme folder (from wp-content/themes folder)? This would reset the active theme and use the default theme — if the issue is with the theme, this would fix it. Do let us know how that goes!

Could you try setting up some of your products on a free trial of https://woo.com/express/, and then export to check?

today I tried google shetts and I was able to see that the problem is also present there. if you remove the check on the screen the problem also appears in google so the problem is precisely in the export from woocommerce
We checked on our end but we’re not able to replicate this behaviour. This could be due to many reasons — including how the database of your site is setup (encoded) and/or effect of other plugins during the export.
Could you try temporarily disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce on your site, set the theme to a default theme like Storefront and then perform and export and see if it comes out correctly?

Thanks for sending the screenshots. Per the screenshots, it seems the tasks scheduled to send the emails ran as expected — but since you didn’t receive the email, it points to deliverability issues.

Also, kindly check the spam folder of your email account to see if the mails might be landing there.

All the emails except the woocommerce one are sent correctly but the woocommerce emails are no way to be sent.?
That’s odd. Can you please work through the steps outlined here and see if you’re able to locate any issues?

I agree with @pixelbart’s assessment above that random sorting can have performance concerns and the development team likely decided on not including by default due to the concerns. However, if the product list is not too big and the database is good, then the impact should be minimal, so you can use the snippet you found if that doesn’t cause any performance concerns on your site.

It sure is the problem that “no class” shipping is affected by other shipping class settings, which is not supposed to happen. Will it be a bug in Woocommerce??
We aren’t able to replicate any issue with shipping classes affecting no shipping class products. I’m also not sure if the approach of separate shipping costs will work with your setup.
Shipping classes are used to group similar product based on how you’d be shipping them, they are not used to group shipping costs though.
Shipping costs will always depend on the shipping method, like Flat Rate. You can add separate shipping method costs based on shipping classes, but they will always be added together and won’t be displayed separately on checkout.
For your setup, WooCommerce Advanced Shipping Packages extension would be a good fit as this would allow you to split up the packages based on shipping requirements and show them separately at checkout.

Thanks for the information but everything outlined by me has been working for the past 3 years just fine until a recent update of Woo.
I understand the situation must be frustrating for you, however, things, integrations and customizations that were working fine may break with updates. I’d recommend getting your site reviewed by a developer so they can customize the site to get the previous functionality back.

I know the thought of testing by setting up the site again must be frustrating. An alternative approach you can take is to set up a staging clone of your site and then test over there by disabling all plugins and setting the theme to a default theme — and then test by enabling them one by one.
You can reach out to your web host to get help in setting up a staging site.
