This is a great plugin.it is very useful.
It has one major issue discussed above messages. It is not recognizing all chords with Diez A#m, F#m, C#m, etc…
when it will be fixed.

Yes, the page URL created properly in my site. But after success login the affiliate details not showing only home page message.

If I add this sub url /?sub=overview in custom after success login the table details showing properly.

I found a solution to fix this problem:)
use (dynamic: false) Condition inside the time picker.
