    height: 100%;
}

This issue is because of content on your page, if the content is short the copyright footer raises.
This code change your content height to 100%.
You can also change height according to your requirement.

I didn’t find any Categories and Pages widget on the home page.

For delete the names of the pages, but not disappear from the columns –

We update the tag option in our theme. First, please update the theme, then follow the steps to change the heading tag:

Go to Customizer -> Theme Settings -> Typography -> here you can select the H1 tag.
