We often receive similar suggestions on features we could implement into our Forminator Pro plugin, and as already explained in your support ticket on our premium forums, we prioritize such requests based on multiple factors, including on how popular a request is among our user-base.

At this current point, we didn’t have many requests, such as showing those stats on the WordPress Dashboard, and this is why our support staff asked for your permission to make your ticket as a “public feature request”, in order to get more traction and let other members vote for this.

So please feel free to follow up on your ticket should you wish us to further get traction on this.

So sorry to hear about that! This should never happen, and sounds more like a conflict that our support team would have to further investigate.

By checking our support forums, I see that you never really opened any tickets for what you have described.

That way, our support team will be able to take a closer look into this and sort everything out for you! Which hopefully will also turn your experience into a 5-star one.
