Hello @angeljs
Hope you’re doing well today! I am sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing.
Can you please check if you have set up the title and meta based on the below screenshots?
From SmartCrawl Settings: https://monosnap.com/file/CR9osRWCasX8TvDfBg8wlGIbHcJHgy
From Homepage Settings: https://monosnap.com/file/aLKQz91qJneGeGEptDVEzEoUL9WeYR
Can you please let us know if any of the content from the above settings has only the website URL? If so, please try adding the website name in the “Title” field and see if that helps.
The site will need to be submitted for re-indexing so that the Google Spiders can crawl and update the content to be displayed on the search results page.
You can follow the guide below on how you can submit the website for re-indexing https://developers.google.com/search/docs/crawling-indexing/ask-google-to-recrawl
Please note, that the re-indexing once requested may take a few days to weeks as it completely depends on Google and we don’t have any control over it.
Please do let us know in case the Site title on the homepage settings is correct and hasn’t been changed from a while.
Kind Regards,
SaurabhHello @rhubeny76

We would like to delete all submissions for a form at the beginning of the month.
Could you please confirm when you mention beginning of the month as on the 1st day of each month or after each submission completes 1 month of its submission?
Can you please confirm if my understanding about the logic as mentioned below is correct?
For example –
I select Option 1 labelled as 1-March-2025, it would store the submission and make Option 1 in the select field disabled, and it will not be available for selection anymore.
Also, when the month changes to 1-April-2025, all the March submissions will be automatically cleared from the database?
Could you also please confirm what will happen to the calculation values that will be stored along with the submission? Will those be deleted as well?
Awaiting your response.
Kind Regards,
SaurabhHello @cinek11

I checked the HTML you shared and it looks like it misses the “responsive” element it seems. However, you can follow the advice here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/18504054/how-to-create-responsive-email-template and try to implement it on your staging site and see if it helps.
Nevertheless, since this is custom development, I’m afraid this will be outside the scope of support we can provide. For that, you’ll need to hire a developer to provide the required custom code for you. WordPress provides a jobs directory here https://jobs.wordpress.net/

I checked the page you’ve shared, however, I was able to notice both ReCaptcha and could not replicate the issue. Please refer to the screenshot here: https://monosnap.com/file/kfwd69W4TOwbXJscBPHpg7L0aPIx3B
However, It is not recommended to use multiple plugins that have the same functions as those might conflict with each other and create issues. Since both the plugins are form plugins and both have reCaptcha modules they are more likely to conflict.
That said, even though you already tried clearing caches, can you please try checking the page on a different device or via a different network and check? As the issue seems somehow related to the cache or conflict due to similar plugin modules.

SaurabhHello @efquintana

Based on the screenshots you’ve shared, the stripe field looks to be fine. However, to replicate and troubleshoot the issue further, could you please share the form export with us so that we can take a closer look?
To share the form export
– Navigate to the “Forminator -> Forms” page in your site’s back-end
– click on a little “gear” icon next to the form in question
– select “Export” option
– copy given export code and paste it at?https://pastebin.com
– include link to that paste in your response below.Note: this export will not include any data that is already submitted – they’ll stay safely on your site and we don’t need them anyway.

I could not notice any similar reports wherein the prefill for the first name and last name is not working as expected, since your form also involves custom code, could you please export and share the form & the custom snippet with us so that we can import it on our site and check the issue further? Please also share the expected workflow (steps to replicate) which will help us to troubleshoot the issue.
Please feel free to remove any sensitive information from the form.

Further, regarding the password field, based on what you’ve mentioned, it looks like you’ve set the password field to “auto-generate password”, can you please set it to the actual password field on the form, this way the users will be able to set their own passwords.
https://monosnap.com/file/hyObN14B8CtNCbDYhVICbjKlngfSGCAbout the field cannot be selected or used, can you please elaborate more? Is it that the users are unable to type anything on the frontend or you are unable to add it on the backend on the form? I am confirming about this because on my lab site, I am able to use it on the website frontend as well as on the form backend (tried deleting and re-adding the password field)
Awaiting your response.

1. For Field Error message:
To customise the colours and font for the fields you can navigate to the Forminator Form >> Appearance, there you will notice options to customise the Font Sizes as well as colours. To target the field colours, you will need to toggle on the “Customize colors” option and define the colours in the “fields basics” setting.
To target the font size, you can set the fonts to custom and navigate to the “Fields Error Message” Setting.
You can refer to our documentation about it here:
Customising colours: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#customize-colors
Customising fonts: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#fonts
===2. For the Dropdown Select:
Can you please confirm if you were able to try changing the colours from the Forminator Form >> Appearance >> Colour >> Customise Colours >> “Select” and “Dropdown List” options? Please refer to the screenshot here: https://monosnap.com/file/Qk4CozoBeEtd1UFnIQMFXlsM6BUwAyFor the AM/PM, it is a dropdown list too, so it will take the same colours that you define under the “Dropdown List”
Here is a reference from our documentation: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#customize-colors
===3. For changing the font placeholder, it is not possible to change this only for field hints, as it will take the settings that are used for “Inputs and Text Area”. Please refer to the screenshot here: https://monosnap.com/file/fPnw22XVFHFdSlznHnHW5fx0A9REeZ
===4. For the submitting response,
To handle the colours for the submission and response success you will need to define the colours for the Submission indicator and response success/Error fields, ref: https://monosnap.com/file/9Dl7OZOXQjQfV782Al5UVfrGsz5JDgTo handle the font size, you can refer to the screenshot here: https://monosnap.com/file/0emOIE4LILNjaFg9hxKKeZW26lcUoW
Could you please confirm if it is not working for you? I tested on my lab site and it seem to be working fine. Please note, if you already tried changing the colours and font sizes, please also make sure to clear caches and check if the modifications are appearing fine.
====5. Could you please confirm if you are referring to the message which appears if the form is submitted successfully or if the submission fails? If so, it can be handled via the “response success” and “response error” modules as mentioned in the 4th point above.
Overall, to consolidate, while checking the issues, I was able to make checks on my lab site regarding the points you’ve mentioned above, and those seem to be working fine on my lab site, in case some of them are not working for you, you can see if clearing caches helps. Also, most of the customisations revolve around the colors and fonts, for this you can refer to our documentation below:
Customising colours: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#customize-colors
Customising fonts: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#fontsPlease let us know if you have any questions/queries.

Hope you’re doing well today!
Currently, there is no out-of-the-box way in the Forminator polls to display the poll results in real/near time.
However, we already have a feature request about it which is still in its early stages. Hence, we can’t give any estimated time or guarantee it is going to be implemented but I hope we can consider it in a future version.
I also suggest subscribing to our roadmap and receiving updates about our products when we release a new feature https://wpmudev.com/roadmap.
Kind Regards,
SaurabhHello @bryandawson
I have an update from the devs regarding the changes to the font size on the Y-Axis and the color plus font size for the data labels inside bar graph. Unfortunately, there isn’t a easy way to customise it using custom code within the Forminator plugin. This is because the generated graph is a dynamic canvas and would require much custom work over the existing plugin code, which will be outside of the scope of support that we can provide.
Kind Regards,
Saurabh
