Black Bar above header on Twenty Eleven Theme

  • If you mean the narrow line of black above the header, it’s created by this CSS (line 57 in dark.css):

    #branding {
    border-top: 2px solid #0A0A0A;
}

    You can remove it or comment it out — also be sure you are using a child theme before making and changes to the theme.
