Can't move image in visual editor

I have successfully inserted an image into my post and can resize it, and I wanted it in line with the top of my article on the right. BUT when I place it there the image shows up halfway down the page. I can change right/left/center alignment, but not vertical position in the post.

There is no longer any way for me to drag the image to different place in my text, so that it is aligned correctly. I could do this before the update. What’s up? How can fix this.
