Yes, you can use ACF Views to show fields, from the same field group or different field groups, and from posts or a mix of both.

As for the limit, there’s isn’t any.

We understand what you mean. This could be a valuable feature for some.

We’re going to include something in a future release to control this behaviour. We’ll keep you posted.

@johnzenausa We’ve released ACF Views version 2.0 today.
Could you please run a test on your site, and see if the Div is still being added to the page when field is empty?

@johnzenausa What type of field are you using?
Because we’ve tested and it works with plain text field types.

Please note we will soon release an update turning HTML into TWIG.

To display the post Description/ Body you should select the $post$ group (as you did) and then select “Excerpt” from the list of fields.

Yes, this is normal behavior when the “show when empty” switch is off.

What seems to be the problem?

Please update your ACF Views plugin to the latest version. You should have no console error anymore.

@carlbtmn If you’re looking for a no-coding option. ACF Views is the easy way to display ACF fields in the WP Query Loop.
