Resume status field in only for admin.
Admin can approve/reject or pending status of any resume by editing the resume status field.

This field is avialable only in edit mode for admin. It is not show add resume at front-end.

It may Javascript error on your site which create problem for all other javascript calls.
Press F12 and check the console window for any javascript error.

Correct the error/remove problem library, resume form will start working.
