No, you don’t have to crop the logo image.
It has options of Logo height and Logo Width.
Put there suggested size and that’s it.

And if you have the txt-based site title option enabled too
then it will superseded Custom logo,
and you will get only text based site title.

1. After deleting a page you will have to remove it from menu.
2. To create a home page link in menu ..
Go to Appearance > Menus
in sidebar below Pages tab Click On Links it has two options ‘URL’ and
‘Link Text’ Enter the URL of Your Site and named it ‘Home Page’ or whatever you want and finally click on Add To Menu button and then save the menu.

Go to Enigma theme directory open front-page.php file ,remove line
get_template_part('home','blog'); and save the changes.

You can’t disable it from theme options.
But you can do it as follows,
go to your enigma theme directory open front-page.php file and remove get_template_part('home','services'); line and save it.

In Your engima theme directory open a file fron-page.php and confirm that it has a line get_template_part('home','slideshow'); and also confirm that enigma directory have a file called home-sldieshow.php.

Sorry but you can’t change the test position in slider.
yes you can change main menu font size and style.
to change the font size go to the Appearance > theme options
Under general tab you will found ‘Custom CSS’ textarea put your css in it and save the settings.
e.g.

.navbar-nav {
font-size: 200px;
font-style: italic;
}
