I have tried default theme, it still hasn’t showed up ??

Yea I am not been able to see the button on single.php nor page.php

i have tried deactivating all plugins, the front end suggest review button still did not show up!

by the way, maybe i did not mention this before, i would like to thank you for your prompt support and help. much appreciated.

These are all the plugins i have and are all active on WP 3.9.1, using knowhow paid theme

and of course the post is not excluded!

the button however is not showing in front end ??
whats the code for the button, can i not re-add it manually to post meta
