The fonts are not supposed to start changing. Have you tried disabling all your plugins? A plugin loading those fonts seems like the only explanation TBH.

In the pro version you can exclude and include categories.

For VIP users you can create a separate form with media uploader. For normal users you can create a simpler form for linked images.
