Please right click in the map editor, click ‘Inspect Element’ and then on the ‘Console’ tab. Please send me a screenshot of this log when trying to edit a marker?

It appears that the Google Maps API is being called more than once (most likely from your theme). As a result of this a JavaScript error is thrown and the page is left white.

@faceude. Please confirm you have the Google Maps JavaScript API, as well as the Geolocation API enabled in your project. Does this help at all?

Please try disabling and deleting that API key, then creating a new one and let me know if this helps? This error has been known to occur occasionally from Google’s side as there is an apparent bug on their side.
