Opening a ticket in the SitGround Help Desk get a reply in few minute, However those replies are usually NOT helpful. They just recommend professional helps and send a link for promoting their service. Most of technicians are not helpful.

More specifically, turning on Memcached on the configuration seems to cause the 504 error.

it looks like a plugin caused this problem. it’s resolved now.

I have searched google for this topic.
There are tons of postings on the internet experiencing this same thing, but no one has the answer why this happens. This could be a critical drawback for Jetpack.

Even though all the sub-directories and all of their files are gone, the folder name, …./wp-contents/Plugins/jetpack/, is still there. (So, this folder name has to be removed to install the jetpack plugin again)

I just want to know why this happens.

I want to know why this is happening because i’ve been working on the jetpack mobile theme and i’ve lost all the changes. I’d like to know what has caused this so that i can be prepared for it if this happens again next time.

Is this issue really resolved? It seems not to me.

One more thing to note: If I put the post grid’s shortcode in a page called “kpop-bts-bangtan-boys-blog”, the pagination looks fine as shown in this link:

For https://kpopkstyle.com/category/kpop/, i created a category-kpop.php file from archive.php, and for https://kpopkstyle.com/tag/bts/, I created a tag-bts.php file from the same archive.php.

so, two files are the same except one line as follows:

to make sure, i tried to roll back to v2.7.4, then, images disappeared.

Your updating to v2.7.5 made all of my website’s images come back. So, please explain why this happened.

I have not done anything, but the images came back for whatever reason. Do you know why this happens? The image links show the optimole site now.

I did not do anything, but the images came back now. Background images links to https://obtxcwfjzsvi.i.optimole.com/&#8230;.. now. So, it seems the optimole plugin works fine now.

I still wanna know why the images disappeared and came back now.
