The plugin allows for up to 10 flashcards to be added when using the free version.

It is working fine for us on our end. You can see we added 3 cards to the demo set found here:

It is possible that you have a conflicting 3rd-party plugin causing problems. Try deactivating everything except WP Flashcard LITE and see if the issue is still there. If it is not, then you know one of those plugins caused the issue. Reactivate each one-by-one and check if you see the issue. If the issue is seen after activating one of the plugins, you know which one is causing problems. Let us know that information and we can go from there.

It seems that your specific setup has some plugins that are interfering with ours. We suggest you disable all plugins except WP Flashcard LITE. See if the issues are still there. Be sure to clear all caches/turn off caching. If the problems are gone, re-enable each plugin on your site one-by-one until you see which plugin(s) are causing the issues.

You can see on our dev site that WP Flashcard LITE is working perfectly well for us. This means whatever is happening on your site is unique to your specific setup. You will need to troubleshoot your setup to see what the issue is. See our dev site with the working WP Flashcard LITE plugin here:

Particularly the “padding” values shown allow for your sample page to render the entire card.

The flashcards are being cut off by the container you have placed the shortcode into. You will need to adjust the margins and padding of the container to allow the flashcards the proper spacing. It is not related to the plugin itself as it is responsive.

The WP Flashcard LITE plugin does not support what you are trying to accomplish. If you are looking for audio functionality, we suggest you check out the premium version of WP Flashcard at https://www.wpflashcard.com. That plugin will allow you to upload audio files to any flashcard on the front or back, in addition to videos and other media and features.

Apologies for the late response. We didn’t see the notification until now.

We just tested it on our development site and we were not able to replicate the issue. We were able to add and remove cards as intended. The plugin is functioning well and as intended on our side.

We would recommend deactivating all other plugins and test again with only WP Flashcard LITE being active. If the problem goes away, you can test to see which plugin is causing the interference by activating them one-by-one. In this way, you will know which plugin is causing the conflict and choose another.

If you are looking to add more than 10 cards to a set or any other advanced features, we recommend getting a license for our Pro version at https://www.wpflashcard.com.

It seems like some other plugin is causing an issue for you. Please try disabling all other plugins and see what happens.

We have it installed on a test site and it works fine for us. You can see it here yourself:

As you can see, the plugin works fine on any screen size.

Apologies for the late reply.

When you say they “won’t update,” what exactly do you mean?

The plugin works by simply adding your terms in the backend and then saving the set. Then you simply copy and paste the generated shortcode into your post or page to display it.

To change/update your terms, simply input new terms in the set and save it.

If you have trouble, check there isn’t another plugin interfering by disabling all plugins except WP Flashcard LITE and try again. If the problem isn’t there, re-enable each plugin one-by-one until you find the plugin causing the issue.

Thanks for the feedback and apologies for the late reply.

Please try disabling all other plugins and try again. The arrows on the side of the flashcard is not how our flashcard looks. Another plugin is interfering with it.
