We have 4 different templates to use as faq layout. Three of them use open-close behave by clicking over the same header. You can set any of the layouts from the FAQs settings by going through Woo FAQ > Settings and set Layout option as you want from the below.

Here we have shown how they behave in these videos, please have a look.

@mtrraza Please go through WOO FAQ > All FAQs and go to edit page of your faq. Update the description as it is the answer and click on update button.

Now go to your product edit page where you entered the answer and the question as faq. Look at there, you should see the updated answer there.

@mtrraza This is not possible to add FAQs questions with a different answer from one FAQ post. You just need to add different Question and Answer FAQ posts. If you add a different faq post one time, this is reusable for multiple products.

We are going to develop a special feature to add product information dynamically inside the faqs. We hope that you will stay with us.

@mtrraza Hi, Thank you to tell us your issue. If you delete FAQs from the list they won’t be removed from the product. To remove from the product, you need to go to the product edit page and from the faq section click delete icon to delete it. That is the only way.

From your query we have find an issue that an extra faq is added when clear the search input from the faqs section. We are going to fix it and release a new version in this weekend.

First of All, Thanks for your suggestion. You can use ffw-classic-answer class to add custom color for the answer and ffw-classic-icon to add a custom icon.

Please tell us which layout you are using and you can also send us some screenshots of your front end.

We are going to make the answer color and icon options in our next release. If you can wait till then. We really appreciate your tips.

@mudraverma Hi, There is a setting to change the Question color. Please go to ‘Woo FAQs > Settings’ and click on ‘Style’ tab. You should find an option to change the Question color.

If you tried it before, then please send us the screenshots of the full settings and front view of the FAQs.

Hi @visionoptika,

Thank you to reach us and love our plugin. We have tested your issue with a clean WordPress setup and seen that all the functions with Ajax are working fine.

We think the issue is because of the Barberry WordPress theme. Currently, we don’t have the theme. You can do the following two things now:

1. If you send us the link to download the Barberry WordPress theme with the child theme to test and solve.

2. Please install WP Reset plugin to reset your WordPress as a clean setup. Then install WooCommerce and our FAQs for Woocommerce Plugin and try again.

Precaution:

Please create a snapshot of your current setup with the WP Reset plugin so that you can come back to your current setup back. If you don’t know the uses of the WP Reset plugin, then please first understand the plugin then try again.

Please tell us the result. We will try our best to solve your issue then.

First thing, We have currently no plan to add the people asking FAQ feature for the free version. But we have a plan for it.

Second thing, Can you please send us the configurations of FAQs and your issues as images, you can send us links to preview the images. It will help us to solve your issue quickly.
