I have checked this and it works for me on my dev site.

I would imagine there might be theme or plugin conflict. Can you try disable them all to test and then enable them one by one to find the issue.

I did a test with WordPress Version 6.1.1 and Twenty Twenty Two theme

Try disable your theme or child theme to check.

Sounds like you have ajax add to cart enabled on your theme, try disable this to check.

We do not have this plugin so cannot test but checking our code there is nothing that stops it from working with ajax which it seems this plugin uses

Could you get in contact with Crocoblock and ask them what might be the issue?

I tested WordPress Version 6.1.1 and works perfectly

What version of Woo are you using? I am using: 7.1.0

Maybe try disable other plugins and or your theme to see if there is a conflict there to identify the issue.
