As we haven’t released an update recently the issue is likely related to the PDF/Upload Process/Server.

If you download the PDF from your site via the media library for instance, does the PDF work? Are you able to describe how you are uploading the files?

The issue is due to authentication, this isn’t any issue with the plugin.

You can see as part of the log the below message which is telling you the issue:

Your email has been blocked because the sender is
unauthenticated. 550-5.7.26 Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with
either SPF or DKIM. 550-5.7.26 550-5.7.26 Authentication results:
550-5.7.26 DKIM = did not pass 550-5.7.26 SPF [passionfuelsambition.com]

Variations aren’t supported in the free version I’m afraid. You would need to upgrade to the Pro version where this is supported

This isn’t possible in the free version however in our pro version you can exclude products from having the download button.

@zebullon and @alexandreb3 I’m afraid that at this time the plugin isn’t compatible with multi-lingual sites. We’d love to add this feature in the future however we have no ETA for this.

I checked the site and it does not have “download” on the button – have you disabled our plugin?

My guess is that your theme or something else is taking over and doing ajax add to cart.

Is there a way to disable this for these products so that they dont add to cart and use the mini cart (checkout sidebar)

We unfortunately don’t have this functionality at the moment. I have added this to our roadmap to be built in the future. In the meantime, if it is something you are interested in, we do offer custom dev work to implement features as a priority.
