I checked the pot file which is available in languages folder in plugin folder.
Days string is available in this file.

So I think you just use poedit or any other WordPress plugin for translating the pot file into your dutch language

Did you check in My Account -> Orders page in customer end. Request Warranty button will show in Customer My Account -> Orders page if the order status is equal to settings called Order Status to allow Warranty Request.You can set the settings from Return Request -> Settings -> General Tab menu in admin backend

Actually Request Type is fixed because depending on types return and warranty will be managed. For any type of extra fields like if you want add Refund reasons then you can customize the request form filed using Request Form menus. under Return Request menu.

You can not modify graphically Request Type. You can change those types using WordPress filter. There is a filter inside my plugin named wcrw_warranty_request_types.

Let’s say, you want to add another type called Exchange. So you need to add below codes in your themes functions.php file

add_filter( 'wcrw_warranty_request_types', 'wc124211_add_request_type', 10 );

function wc124211_add_request_type( $types ) {
   $types['exchange'] = __( 'Exchange', 'your-text-domain' );
   return $types;
}

Translate a plugin is so easy now.
You can translate the plugin by translating the plugins .pot file which is located here wp-content>plugins>wc-return-warrranty>languages>wc-return-warranty.pot and for that you can use the Poedit software.
