Please help me for my reviews message.

In Google search console showing same URLfor AMP URL & Canonical URL https://prntscr.com/eef3gd .
Also There is lot’s of Critical Errors https://prntscr.com/eef4pt and no page Indexed.
But In AMP validator showing “Validation Status: PASS”.
It’s so confusing for me, please help me.

Today I noticed that in Google search Console, Our website ‘
AMP URL’ And ‘Canonical URL’ is showing same https://prntscr.com/ecca49 and Also We are using MaxCDN They can make this problem ?
In Google search console showing lot’s of errors https://prntscr.com/ecciht there is none of page Index now.
There is any way to share website URL with you ?

I’ve set up Frontpage as homepage. but “Page not found” showing in title for homepage from beginning for AMP version.

Please check this https://prntscr.com/cyrtf1 , Everything is working fine but in Homepage title tag automatically added “Page not found – ” how can I remove this ?
I’m using a custom Frontpage.
