did you get it to work or switch to a different plugin? ive had the same problem just recently.

its possibly a js conflict with your theme. maybe try updating your theme, or just the woocommerce image script file.

managed to figure out a workaround – disabled the ajax add to cart (single product page options)

thanks for sharing the css. it seems like pretty basic stuff to not show the sub total fields when a product has no custom add-on. i would call this a bug not a feature request!
