your issues seems to be the result of a conflict with another plugin or your theme or of a firewall rule which prevents the proper loading of 3CX Live chat plugin files.

We continuously work on find and solve these kind of conflicts. Please send us an email to [email protected] with the list of the plugins installed in your WordPress in order to proceed with further investigation.

it seems to be a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Please follow the steps below and let us know about the check results.

1. Update the 3CX live chat plugin to the latest available version 9.3.1
2. Deactivate the other plugins one by one and check if the issue resolved. If you figure out the conflict let us know about that to handle it in one of our upcoming updates
3. Try to use one of the default WordPress themes like twenty twenty.

thank your for your feedback, we found a conflict between the bootstrap javascript library used by your theme and the version used by our plugin. A fix will be in one of our upcoming releases.

3CX Live chat plugin doesn’t support that functionality. You may achieve that with an email which will be targeted to an email list , you can check for that configuration with your email provider.

It is not possible to answer chats from the front end. In No 3CX – standalone mode the only option to answer as agent a chat is to be logged in to the backend. Although you are able to configure your installation in 3CX mode and give to your agents the capability to answer chats at any time without the need to be logged in WordPress back end.

this seems to be an error during settings validation. Please ensure that there isn’t any error indication , checking for a red number indication in the plugin’s settings left menu after you have selected save settings.
If the problem remains please share with us a screenshot of your settings page after you have selected save settings.

thank you for your feedback. After our investigation of your issue we found that there is a conflict with NextGen gallery plugin in the usage of FontAwesome library. A fix for that will be part of our next release.

3CX Live Chat is designed to go full screen on mobile devices and it’s not possible to change that configuration.
