it seems like a conflict with another plugin or something similar. May you share with us at [email protected] screenshots of the configuration and a list of the installed plugins in order to proceed with further investigation.Hi @kalel35 ,
we are unable to reproduce that error , but please make sure that your infrastructure is well configured because it seems like the error raised before the execution of the plugin’s code to save new settings. Try changing another of the plugin’s settings and save them to check if you face that issue only with that setting.

unfortunately our plugin doesn’t support multi-vendor marketplaces WordPress plugins. The integration with that type of platforms are not part of our roadmap yet.Forum: Plugins

message timestamps are converted to system client’s time on chat box in order to avoid confusion like when a visitor is in different timezone than the agent. The first step is to check if the chat in history has the correct timestamps. If yes it is probably wrong the clock on client’s system. Otherwise please provide us some screenshots with the chatbox of the agent and the chatbox of the client including the system clock to proceed with further investigation.Hi @flymke,

provided that you have enabled the Elementor plugin, please refer to Elementor plugin’s support in order to help you with the disabling procedure of the widgets. I’m not sure but by the html code in your websites it seems like there exists a widget by Elementor which contains that code.Forum: Plugins

as you already have been informed by our support team in your 3CX forum post , this is an issue because of the upgrade from an old of our plugins to a new one which doesn’t support WordPress shortcodes. As in any other case shortcodes must be removed by the admin manual after the plugin uninstallation.This issue is probably connected with one of the following reasons or something else that it’s not related with 3CX Live chat
- There is a cache system enabled which have cached pages before the uninstall of the elementor builder plugin
- Elementor or some of its functionality is still enabled and renders the widget

the ssl certification for your 3CX PBX installation is invalid ( issued to different domain than used in your 3CX Live Chat configuration ). You can try to open the 3CX PBX console with the domain as configured in 3CX Live Chat and you will get a browser notice. You have to use a valid certification in order to be able to connect from the Live chat to your 3CX PBX.Forum: Plugins

wp_wplc_chat_sessions table is responsible for the chat history store. You are able to clean chat history from chat history menu , expand Actions And Filters and select from actions button “Clean sessions history”. This process will clean the table wp_wplc_chat_sessions and its corresponding messages from wp_wplc_chat_msgs.Table wp_wplc_actions_queue is a table which exists for backward compatibility and you are able to clean it up with a delete command at any time if you have already install the latest version of our plugin. Any other manual deletion in database it is possible to create issues to your installation, so be very careful.
