We replicated the issue in remove logo process and we are planning to fix that on our next plugin’s version release.
About the icon , currently we are using custom icon inside the chat’s bubble by design. We don’t plan on adding this type of functionality right now as there are more important features and fixes to be made. Maybe much later on.

1. Full image url as it appears at the right bottom corner of image selection modal.
2. The url of your WordPress site.
3. Do you use some External storage plugin in your WordPress installation?
4. Do you have a multisite WordPress installation?

Hi everyone,

We just released an update for the plugin (version 9.0.3) which contains fixes for the issues with font awesome icons and the bug which was responsible for interferences in other plugins’ functionality, like the referred here functionality of the “Atomic Blocks”.
