there is some kind of conflict in your installation. Maybe it is a conflict between plugins, please try to disable all the other plugins from your website and enable them one by one in order to find the conflict. Let us know about the result of the test.Forum: Plugins

1. Business hours aren’t saved and working
Try changing the opening hours and one more setting, then press save. Let us know if during this feed the plugin saves the other setting you changed.
2. When using the 3CX Chat Server, our agents are shown as “Agent Agent” and “Support” from the customer side — how can we show our agent’s name and/or gravatar?
The “Agent Agent” issue seems to be referring to the Join message where the chat sends the message “Agent [WordPress Username] has joined the chat.”.
Gravatar works when the agent’s email is registered in Gravatar.
Finally, be sure to check the “Use Logged In User Details” setting in the Chat Box section to enable all of the above features as described.

Please confirm for us that the faulty scenario is as follow:
1) Updated plugin to version 9.0.11.
2) Getting started appeared.
3) Getting started completed and Plugin’s full menu was available.
4) Change settings and save changes.
5) Getting started menu appeared again.If there are different steps please describe them for us and be as detailed as possible (For example if you use some bookmark).

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & WhatsApp] latest update has caused issues@macpheek each time you are saving your settings the plugin must render again to any page of your website. Provided that settings page loads the correct colors ,it’s sure that settings have been saved. The most probable reason for your issue is that your cache system doesn’t clear cache on our plugin’s save process. We are unable to handle all cache management systems so it’s up to you to take care the process of refreshing website’s cache after settings changes.
Please after you have made a change to your settings, clear your cache and then check if the change affected your website’s chat.Forum: Plugins

1. The mentioned error is already fixed and will be released with the next update, but we have only replicated that on update plugin process. Are you getting this error more than one time during the usage of the plugin?
2. After you have saved your custom colors in plugin’s settings if you refresh the page does it loads with your color selection or with default color selection?

thank you for your feedback. We have replicated the issue and it will be fixed with the next plugin’s update. In the meantime you can use the plugin because it is an issue faced only once during plugin’s update process.Forum: Plugins

it’s weird that your problem persist even after updating to the latest version. So may you provide us the following information in order to we continue with the issue investigation?1. PHP Version
2. Mysql database Character set
3. Web server ( apache , nginx , iis etc )
4. WP-Live Chat by 3CX version
