    may you provide us the following information?
    1) Which version of the plugin do you have installed?
    2) Which version of WordPress do you use?
    3) What chat mode do you have selected? You can find it in WP Live Chat> Settings > Advanced Features.
    4) What is the selected language of your WordPress installation?

    Additionally you can disable other installed plugins one by one and try the WP live chat functionality because the empty page in settings form seems like a conflict with another plugin.

    you can find below the answers about these issues

    > ‘Support’ is the default text which been displayed when no agent connected. Also there is a bug and in some cases it doesn’t change when an agent connects to the chat. This will be fixed within our next release.

    > It is not possible to customize the time format , in the latest version date and time uses 24h for hours and YYYY/MM/DD as date format.

    > Agent’s Join message will be fixed within our next release and it will change to “Agent [WP User Display Name] joined the chat”

    > Also the error with special characters in Tools is already fixed and it will be part of our next release.

    Hi @bobbijopmh ,
    we have check your website and it seems like you have miss-configured the 3CX Click2Talk url. Please follow the steps below to configure your plugin Installation.
    1) Login to your 3CX pbx.
    2) Open from the menu the Extensions.
    3) Select the desired extension.
    4) Open the tab Click2Talk/Click2Meet
    5) Copy the link in the right of the label “Your Click2Talk is”
    6) Login to your WordPress admin
    7) Go to the Live Chat settings
    8) Open the Advanced features tab
    9) Paste the link into the field 3CX Click2Talk url.
    10) Save settings.

    Hi @studiokb ,
    you are right the setting for this message is under “Settings > Offline Messages > Offline form finish message” but due to a bug it doesn’t works on chat client. We have reproduce and solve that error and the fix will be part of our next release.

    we are unable to reproduce your case exactly as you described it but in our last release we have solved an issue which may was the source of your problem. Please update your installation to version 9.0.19 and let us know if the issue has been solved.

    there is a setting for this message ( Settings > Offline Messages > Offline form finish message ) but due to a bug it doesn’t works on chat client. We have reproduce and solve that error and the fix will be part of our next release.

    Additionally you can disable other installed plugins one by one and try the WP live chat functionality because it may be a conflict with another plugin or with your’s site theme.

    2) In which website do it redirects the user?
    3) Which browser causes the error? Did you tried in different browsers?
    4) We visited your site and in offline form the issue doesn’t appears. In which form do you face the problem?

    Hi @thandungen ,
    indeed there is an issue when you are trying to set animation in styling settings. We have replicated it and it will be fixed with our next plugin’s update. Please follow the workaround steps below in order to save your settings.
    1) Load settings page.
    2) Select styling tab.
    3) Change animation selection to ‘No animation’ ( do not change anything else and do not click another animation before the selection )
    4) Save settings. Settings will be saved without error.
    5) Refresh the settings page, pressing F5 button.
    6) Try again the steps and this time select your preferred animation

    1. The site url.
    2. When you are exiting the settings page , settings are reverted to the plugin’s defaults or to the previous settings state configured by you?
    3. WordPress installation language.
    4. Do you use any plugin for multilingual in your installation?

    2. Do you have enabled business hours?
    3. May you provide us a list with the plugins used by your WordPress?
    4. May you upload and share with us some screenshots in which will appear the issues that you are facing after last update and drives you to shut the plugin off?

    Hi @tylerfisher ,
    we have released today a new version (9.0.17) with new user interface for the plugin’s main functionalities, and we highly recommend you to update your installation. Of course visitor’s engagement to live chat is one of our major targets so if you continue to observe the described drop in chat requests you are able at any time to use our old version which maybe is more close to your’s site theme.
