It’s just a notice that you can ignore. You can turn off the notices by disabling debugging mode in your WordPress. So it won’t display any warning in the screen unless it’s fatal.

I just saw your screenshot. There has been a “notice” but I can’t see any “error” there. You can ignore “notice”.

Can you please scroll down and show at the end of those log output? The main reason should be in the end of that screen.

That doesn’t have anything to do with it – you can just dismiss this message, it won’t impact the plugin’s functionalities.

If you dismiss it, is there any other issue you face?

This error caused due to memory limit. You can ask your webserver administrator to increase memory limit or you can try our advance settings option from our plugin to increase memory limit.

Please turn on debugging by writing the following code in your wp-config.php and attempt again to restore. It should display the error details in the screen. Then send us the screenshot if error message displayes on the screen.

define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, true );

After enabling debugging in WordPress, if any error occurs it will save details in wp-content/debug.log within your site’s filesystem. Post here that log file so we can identify what’s going wrong.

After posting details please remove those extra configuration from wp-config.php file for security reason.

Yes. You are correct. It would work. So after uploading the backup .zip there. Your URL would be something like

http(s)://mydomain.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-clone/backup_zip_folder.zip.
