Then it goes back to the date correct date format. Somehow it thinks we migrated the orders when we just used the same database we used on the staging site.

Sure I can do that. All I did was, I just changed the database details in the wp-config.php file to use the staging site database.

THank you Group for your suggestions. I am checking them out right now. I am not sure how we can do it using the user roles plugin. I need to be able to automatically appoint people who purchase a course to a specific user role or group.
