Could you post a link to your website so I can see what you are referring to?
Regarding the donation, where are you seeing the wrong name? Is this in the WordPress dashboard, in an email, on the donation receipts, or somewhere else?
Cheers,
EricHi Accountteam,
We have something like this, but not integrated with BuddyPress. Instead, what we offer is an extension called Charitable Ambassadors, which allows people to create campaigns to raise funds for a cause. All the money is collected in the website’s account.
Beyond PayPal & offline payments, we have payment gateway extensions for Stripe and PayUMoney (an Indian gateway).

EricHi supermadujackie,
The idea with the offline payment option is that you provide payment details to the donor. This may be your bank details so they can transfer money direct, or your address for sending cheques to.
The easiest way to display campaigns on your home page is with the
campaigns
shortcodes.Cheers,
EricHi Richard,
If you send us an email via our support page, I’ll send you the current beta version of Reach. We’re hoping to get it out of beta this month.
But yes, I absolutely agree that it would be nice to have an easy way to customize campaign pages on other themes in an easier way. More than happy to hear your thoughts on the kind of customizations you would like to be able to make. Again, probably best to reach us via our support page so we can continue the conversation through email.
Cheers,
EricGlad to hear it!
Hi Richard,
We have a theme we are working on, which is still in beta. You can check out a demo at https://demo.wpcharitable.com/reach/ — would that work for you?

EricHi adengfx,
The [campaigns] widget displays the images at the full width of the campaign block. You are displaying the campaigns in two columns, so that is why the images are turning out so wide.
Instead of showing the campaigns in two columns, you could show them in three columns:
[campaigns columns=3]
That would reduce the width of the images as well.

EricYes, there is Pronamic iDEAL. You can use it through the Easy Digital Downloads integration, though a direct Charitable integration is in development and should be available soon.

EricHi lananatt,
The campaign submission is part of the Charitable Ambassadors extension. It is not part of the free plugin.
Cheers,
EricHappy to help. Could you get in touch via our support page?
Cheers,
EricIt sounds like you are using the Donors widget. If so, you can change the donors widget template by creating a copy of the
templates/widgets/donors.php
file in Charitable. Your copy needs to be saved to your theme or child theme folder atcharitable/widgets/donors.php
.You can then modify your copy to include the donor’s organization. You should be able to display the organization with the following:
echo $donor->get( 'organisation' );
Cheers,
EricJust a note to say that this is resolved as of 1.2.0.
Cheers,
EricJust a heads up georg.io and Yael: The donation receipt page has become more flexible in 1.2. There are a whole bunch of other changes in this release. See our blog for more details.
Cheers,
EricHi CAD,
Good news: We have a PayUMoney integration available. You can buy it on its own or as part of a bundle: click here for details.
Cheers,
EricHi Jason,
I’m going to mark this topic as resolved for now, but please feel free to post back if you’re still needing a hand with this. I’d love to help.
Cheers,
Eric
