Hi @parousiapress, if I understand you well, all is put in his place… please, activate the log system of the shipping method (in the bottom of the method), go to cart and change some product quantity (or add/remove) to force re-calculation (WC has a cache if no product changes in the cart). After that, go again to the shipping method, reload page if not appears, and paste the log here in a reply.

…can do you add also a screenshot of the table rules? (you can use https://imgbb.com/ or any other service)

We’ve found the bug and solved it ?? Just published 1.1.0. Please, update and change something in the cart to force WC to re-calculate shipping costs, the log should looks similar to this:

+ #19 3rd product (25x10x10=2500 * 1) accumulated: 161160

We’ve found the bug and solved it. Just published 1.0.6. Please, update and check you’ve set the option:

Group by [for all selectors] to: “all grouped as one”

After that, change something in the cart to force WC to re-calculate shipping costs, the log should now looks similar to this:

Hello Olimpia. After testing it, seems there is a bug on Fish and Ships. We will try to solve it and publish an update just tomorrow. Thank you and we’re sorry!

Please, check you’ve the option:
Group by [for all selectors] set to “all grouped as one”

This option set how the cart will be processed for every rule: separated items, always will match, one by one, with a rule with min=0 or min=1

Well, maybe you’ve set ungrouped because you want to charge the cost on every product, I’m right? In this case, you should change the dropdown at the right of the price from “(once)” to “* [qty]”

…and another thing:

The max value, compares as LESS THAN, then, you should put the rules in this way:

RULE 1: min=1, max=3, 6€ * [qty] // 1 items on cart: 6€, two items: 12€
RULE 2: min=3, max=4, 3€ * [qty] // 3 items on cart: 9€
RULE 3: min=4, max=[empty field], 2.40€ * [qty] // 4 or more, let’s say 8 items on cart: 19,20€

Please, if I understood the issue, or it not works, activate the log system (on the bottom), change some item quantity and force recalculation (to avoid WC cache) and paste on your reply the log, with it, I think I will help you better.

Hi, @camilaoc, yes, it can ??

Fish and Ships can abort a shipping method through an Special Action:

In all your other zones (not in your first “Mainland Spain”) add a shipping method with Fish and Ships. Set the rules as you need for jewelry shipping cost calculation (probably similar to how you have it now), and add an extra rule for pottery ban: add a “in shipping class” selector, select the “pottery” shipping class, leave cost as is (in any case will be ignored), and add an special action “Abort”. That’s all!

When the rule selection matches the cart items (some pottery element) the Special Action will be triggered.

However, Fish and Ships only abort his own method, there is, you should add this Abort Special Action on every shipping method you’ll configured on outside Spain peninsula zone.
