We got the issue recreated in my system. While changing the time zone to CDT.
I hope we can fix the issue soon and release an update by Monday or Tuesday max.

It’s totally weird. In my Android latest Chrome issue not coming.
I like to know your system TimeZone and system time format 12 hr or 24 hr.

Currently, the client can make a booking as per his wish. After booking, he has option to cancel or reschedule the booking.
For admin, they have option to cancel or reschedule the booking done by the client.

I think apart from the above options, you like to have an option to accept or refuse the booking by admin. By putting the booking into the pending status as soon as booked by the client?

Yeah, we have exactly the same feature that you are looking for.

If you add any event in your Google Calendar, that time will become unavailable on your bookings page. For this, you have to add your Google Calendar as a “Check for conflicts” calendar on the setting page. You can add multiple calendars across multiple Google Accounts for the same purpose.

Also, you can select any one of the calendars as “Add bookings to” Calendar so that all bookings done through WPCal will be added there.

Thanks for reaching out to us.
We are aware of the issue that freezing the setting page(happening rarely to some of our users).
Recreating the issue on our computer is really challenging for us.

We are trying cross-browser testing services to identify the issue.

Can you please provide us details to recreate the issue like OS and it’s version, Browser and it’s version. Any specific setting(Privacy and Security) in your browser. Is the issue is recreating in Incognito browser(Without extensions)? Also System TimeZone and 12 or 24 hrs format.

We have identified a time picker module’s related code is creating issue, but not exactly what is causing the issue we yet to know.

Once we successfully recreate the issue, we can fix it as soon as possible.

With the release v0.9.1.1 this issue has been fixed.
Also confirmed by @kuznacic in a separate mail.

@kuznacic Checked SFTP, logs doesn’t have any errors related to freezing issue. We can do a screen sharing session, will update you tomorrow on that by direct mail.

@kuznacic We have set to send a notification to the invitee in Google Calendar API.

According to Google support doc, if a user opted not to receive an email on a new event added to the calendar, they will not get the invitation from Google Calendar.

Should we send an additional email directly from the plugin because if the invitee opted out of receiving email there will not have the meeting information other then the calendar?

@kuznacic I think we have to do remote support(screen sharing) to figure this out. Before that can you please check any error in the PHP log. Even though it shouldn’t be the direct cause of freezing, we might get some hint.
