Sounds like you most likely have another plugin also manipulating the backend/login screen. Could you email me the URL of your website which has the problems, and please tell me what plugins you have installed. Email me at [email protected]. Cheers!

This sounds like a conflict with another plugin. I need more information from you, like what plugins you have installed, if you can inactivate this plugin and then reactivate only it and no other plugins with the error still appearing.

For anyone else having troubles like this, whether it’s this or any other plugin, inkeddigital has great advice above; deactivate the plugin by renaming its’ folder.

Well, what you’re talking about is just one of many multisite setups. There’s several scenarios where branding each subsite the same isn’t what’s needed. But there’s a good point here about extending the multisite compability, I’ll see what I can do to add an option to allow the branding to affect all subsites in the network. Look for it in a future release!

Hi gpsy1! You’re absolutely right about the admin bar, it’s because none of the styling is being loaded on the frontend. I’ll make sure to correct this in the next release, thanks for noticing and reporting it! ??

Did you make sure the “Show extra information in help box” is checked on your help box?

We resolved this via email, but for anyone else experiencing the same thing: make sure “Show changes for admin?” is set to “Yes”, as that is off by default. I’m going to make sure it’s on by default in a future release, so this doesn’t happen again :).

I can warmly recommend Admin Menu Editor – I use that together with User Role Editor. User Role Editor to change permissions of user roles, and Admin Menu Editor to set who can see what.

I’m sorry you feel this way, but I work a full time job and you sent me two emails in little under two days before you posted this review. I do my absolute best to provide support and maintenance of all of my plugins, but there’s only so much time I can put into this on my free time. Perhaps you need to adjust your support expectations for free plugins.

About the actual issue of it not working: I will see if I can reproduce the issue ASAP. It’s working in all of my test environments, but I’ll give it another go and see if I can track this down. Meanwhile, I hope you find some other plugin that does what you want and works for you.
