– Yes, we’ll release a new update that includes ability to create Privacy Policy with GDPR wording.
– Our T&C will be different than the current one we currently generate. So far, GDPR does not impact T&Cs so there’s no “GDPR” in the T&C: https://termsfeed.com/blog/will-gdpr-affect-terms-conditions-agreement/
– I’m not sure what you mean by “the EU thing”.
We’re looking somewhere next week as a launch date for our next plugin version.
@erwincutanda Our next release of the plugin will allow you to edit the generated agreement and remove that section.
@miskatonic_university We don’t have a pop-up functionality implemented. I think you might be using a different plugin for that.
You can email us at [email protected] with a screenshot and I’ll confirm.
@arielc At this point no. We’re looking at this functionality, and to add it soon.
@webhostingmedia Our next release of the plugin will allow you to customize the text of the generated agreement as you wish.
We’re preparing to launch the new version soon.
@doctormicro Great. Thank you!
Can you email me your contact details + website to [email protected]? I’ll get in touch as soon as we’re in beta. We’re approaching the beta phase.
If anybody else would be interested in providing us with feedback, we’d appreciate it. Just contact us to [email protected] to be added in the beta feedback group.
Done. I’ve addressed this and it would be made available in v.1.8.3 soon.
Thank you @punkum!
Yes, definitely!
We’re currently working on bringing the necessary changes for GPDR + a few major improvements to the plugin. We’ll launch the update soon.
Not necessarily. However, most companies opt for the same state they are registered/incorporated in.
This article on selling internationally, even though it’s related to e-commerce stores, might be of help in regards to Governing Law and/or Arbitration Location:

Chris, if your website/blog doesn’t allow users to create blogs or websites, then that clause can be removed.
We’re working on launching a new version of the plugin that would take into consideration this plus many other factors. We’ll launch soon!
