The categories are regular, solid and brands. Can they be donwloaded somewhere?

I just ran into the same issue. I have already contacted Gravity support but it appears there is still a missing check for the presence of the MailChimp class if its already added by another plugin.

I returned to the download link you posted two hours ago and that is working without problems and warnings so far

This installation does not work for me where the previous version in the download link worked fine.

Getting an error in the backend:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method Yoast_GA_Admin::show_admin_warning() in /[....]/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/admin/class-admin.php on line 53

As I just installed the beta and reauthenticated and the error is gone and it looks like its working properly now…
