In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & WhatsApp] Wp Live Chat Support and cachingHi Neil
Yes this is expected. We found that if the plugin gets cached, it can cause conflict issues.
You can change this is you like by commenting out the following lines in the plugins main functions file.
echo "<!-- DEFINING DO NOT CACHE -->"; define('DONOTCACHEPAGE', true); define('DONOTCACHEDB', true);
This though my cause un-expected results from the plugin
Kind Regards
MarkHi jrsjohn
You can change this in wp-live-chat-support.php
Search for “add_menu_page”. Find “read” and change this to “manage_options”
This will stop your subscribers from having access to the live chat.
We will fix this bug in the next release.
Kind Regards

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & WhatsApp] Pro Settings BlankHi Nolawd
Please be aware these forums are for non premium versions of plugins. If you have any issues in the future please post here
I looked at your site and both the close and minimize buttons are visible and working.
Please make sure you have V2.7 basic and 2.6 pro. This should fix the issue of the settings page disappearing
Kind Regards

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & WhatsApp] Different bugs…Hi
Sorry for the delay. I’ve had personal matters to attend to. I apologise.1. You have full control over the font colour and background colour in the settigns panel.
2. This is probably due to a JS error from another plugin or your theme. Can you paste your console output here for me to debug?
3. There is a timeout of 5 minutes if the user dissapears. The new version now has ‘close chat’ functionality.
Sorry again for the delay.
Kind regards

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & WhatsApp] Installed but Nothing HappendingHi Karen
It appears that you have moved on to another solution. As mentioned in the email this was most probably caused by another JS error which stopped my JS from executing.Kind regards
