    Hi @itsmefti

Sorry, but no. You must archive the listing on the listings page first, before you can trash a Woocommerce product. This is a safe guard to ensure listings are not broken accidentally.

Furthermore, deleting a Woocommerce product that is connected to a listing in WP-Lister, can cause database issues.

    Kind regards

    John

    Hi @itsmefti

Thank you for this. Okay, that is not related to WP-Lister, but rather eBay and your computer/IP address.

You are going to have to reach out to eBay seller support about this. I suggest you send them that screenshot and go from there. Simply let them know you are trying to connect an authorized and approved third party plugin (WP-Lister by WPLab) with your eBay account when you receive that message.

You may also want to run this by your host, so they can perform some tests to see if your server/site is blacklisted anywhere that could be causing this kind of issue as well.

    Kind regards,

    John

    Hi @itsmefti

    Thanks for contacting support.

It sounds like there is a problem with eBay seeing your computer as a bot. But it is hard to say for sure, without seeing what you are seeing. I have never heard of, or seen that exact message before. Could you please send us a couple screenshots of what you are seeing?

Is Javascript disabled in your browser? And are you using any third party plugins? Might be a good idea to deactivate all of them and test again if you are.

    Kind regards,

    John

    Hi @itsmefti

Thank you for contacting support today.

You can set up individual profiles for each of your accounts, product types, eBay marketplaces you sell on, etc.

Within each listing profile, there are a couple ways you can control the price on eBay.

1.) Within the edit product page under the “eBay Options” section you will see a “Price / Start Price” field, this field allows you to enter a price that will over ride all other settings. Whatever you enter in this field will be used as the eBay price for the listing and no matter what you change your WC price to, it won’t effect the eBay price, only this field will.

2.) In the listing profile you can set a price as well under the “Price / Start Price” field. Any listing assigned to this listing profile will use that price (good option if all of the prices are the same for these products).

3.) You can also use a % to increase or decrease the price in the listing profile under the “Price / Start Price” field. For example +5% would take the Woocommerce price and add 5% to the price when listing the item to eBay. -5% would reduce the price 5% when listing to eBay. This is good if you have a + increase you want to apply to all items on eBay

If there is no custom price set in the “Price / Start Price” field of the edit product page, then by default the WC price is used on eBay. You can also use a compatible CSV plugin to populate the “Price / Start Price” field in bulk.

You should also make sure you are not using a sale price in Woocommerce as that will override the prices set in WP-Lister. If you are using sale prices in WC and don’t want to use that sale price on eBay, you should set the “Use sale price” setting on the advanced settings page of WP-Lister to “No”.

When updating your listings please take note if your listings are “locked” or “unlocked”. Please see the documentation here- https://docs.wplab.com/article/45-locked-vs-unlocked-listings

    Kind regards,

    Hi @idee

    Thanks for contacting support.

Please view the “XL” variation in the edit product page of Woocommerce. Within the variation you will see an option called “eBay Visibility” within the “eBay options” section of the variation, tick the checkbox to enable it.

Then list the variable listing to eBay and that variation will not be listed. Note, this setting must be enabled in the variation before listing the variable listing to eBay. It won’t work after a variable listing has been listed to eBay.

    Kind regards,

    John

    Hello again.

Out of the box WP-Lister checks for orders over the last 24 hours.

Please browse to the orders page of WP-Lister, scroll to the bottom and click the “Options” button, select how far back you want to check for orders and click the “update orders” button.

    Kind regards

    Hi @saucez

    Thanks for contacting support today.

In my experience, those mismatched tag errors have always been a temporary error from eBay.

Could you please try again in 24 hours?

    Kind regards,

    John

    Hi @4tuneperformance

What version of WP-Lister are you on?

What package/parcel type is set in the shipping profile you are using on eBay?

What eBay shipping options are set in the edit product page in Woocommerce and listing profile of WP-Lister?

    Kind regards,

    John

    Hi @salvo722

    Thanks for reaching out today.

Sorry, but shortcodes cannot be used there. You would need to use the drop-down menu to select an attribute as you show in your screenshot.

If you have a custom attribute you want to use, you can use the “wple_custom_attributes” filter which can be found on this page: https://www.wplab.com/plugins/wp-lister-for-ebay/api/

Using that code and modifying it to your needs will include the field you wish to pull a value from in the “Pull value from attribute” drop down menu you show in your screenshot.

    Kind regards,

    John

    Hi @salvo722

    Thanks for reaching out today.

Setting up more payment methods gives you a greater likelihood that a potential buyer places an order. The more payment methods, the more likely you are to convert the sale.

I would recommend using eBay’s managed payments to offer all payment methods in one simple option, more on this here: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/start-getting-paid-ebay?id=4795

To sell on eBay, you must be registered for eBay to manage your payments. If you haven’t signed up yet, you’ll be guided through the registration process the next time you create a listing. Alternatively, you can register for eBay to manage your payments by updating your account settings – opens in new window or tab.

Once you’ve registered, you can get back to selling items on eBay. Once you’ve completed registration, your item will be listed. You can also relist any items that are in your Unsold folder.

Until you complete registration, eBay may restrict your ability to list, including, without limitation, restricting new listings, restricting changes to existing listings, or ending listings.

If you use third-party tools to help manage your listings, inventory, finances, or refunds, there should be no change in how you use those tools.

That way you can offer any payment methods you want, through eBay managed payments.

Once you are subscribed to eBay managed payments (there is no cost to use it, only transaction fees like any other payment method) simply select the “ebay managed payments” option in the payment methods field in WP-Lister.

    Kind regards,

    John

    Hi @holahola

Thanks for reaching out to us today.

You must provide a value for the regular price field even if you are offering a sale, Amazon requires a field for the regular price no matter what.

With that said, as long as your “sale start date” and “sale end date” fields in the listing profile of WP-Lister contain dates between the current date, Amazon will honor the sale price for the listing, always.

For more information on prices and WP-Lister, please read below:

There are a couple ways you can provide custom Amazon prices:

1.) Within the edit product page under the “Amazon Options” section you will see a “Amazon Price” field, this field allows you to enter a price that will over ride all other settings. Whatever you enter in this field will be used as the Amazon price for the listing and no matter what you change your WC price to, it won’t effect the Amazon price, only this field will. If you are using a variable product then you will need to view each variation where you will see an amazon price field for each variation.

2.) In the listing profile you can set a price as well under the “Pricing Options” field. Any listing assigned to this listing profile will use those pricing options.

3.) If you have your Amazon prices located in a meta field or another field, then you can visit the listing profile’s “Standard Price” field, click the magnifying glass next to the field and select the field where the custom prices are stored for each product.

If there is no custom price set anywhere in the above 3 locations, then by default the WC price is used on Amazon unless you have enabled a sale price in WC which if you don’t want sale prices used on amazon you would follow this guide: I don’t want to use sale prices for Amazon. You could also use a compatible CSV plugin to populate the “Amazon Price” fields in bulk if you wish.

You can lock listings on the listings page of WP-Lister using the bulk action drop down menu, but that will still have stock and price updated, but no other product details. Amazon requires that the price and stock must always be included in a feed, you cannot leave either of those values out or an error will be returned by Amazon.

Instead, you need to add a sale price in Woocommerce and WP-Lister properly which will stop the sale price from being removed.

Or, if you want to set sale prices with another third party tool or directly on Amazon, then enable the “Enable external repricing” setting on the advanced settings page of WP-Lister, and that will stop WP-Lister from sending price updates to your Amazon listings.

    Kind regards,

    John
