WP-Greenhorn

I have the same problem as the thread starter, after clicking on the update button when I changed some settings, nothing happens and the site is not reachable for about 5min. after re-logging into wordpress admin the changes I made are not saved in wp statistics.

Would be interesting if there is a problem with other plugins…

I am using WP statistics since one year and I didn’t exactly notice when this problem started…I am not often in the options section of this plugin because there is no need to change things there regularly…

Hello,

I did yesterday already (12:39h cet).
Email: [email protected]

I now installed the former version of MP again (out of my backup I did before ?? ).
I just renamed the 2.6 plugin directory and copied the old one back.
Now the plugin works again as usual and no error message after the email field anymore. I cannot afford loosing subscribers so I am using the former version until the actual will work for me…

ich have transferred the WP installation out of the sub into the root dir of the website, now MailPoet works fine. Wysija seems to have a problem whith a WP installed in a subdir…

I used my downloadlink, and did the proposed update.
But now the problem is, that the email form field containing an email address is empty in every notification- or customer-email. You are able to insert the email address into the form on the website, in the submission list the email ist listed in the email column, but it has disappeared in all sent emails (no matter if <%info%> or <%fieldnamexx%>).

I didn’t change anything in the form, because it worked well.

I used my downloadlink and it installed the same version (1.0.1) that was already installed before…

I have to deactivate and then to delete the installed version before installing the new version. Do I loose all my settings, forms, database entries, submission lists related to cff when deleting the old version?

After quick and professional support from the CP guys now everything works as wanted.

Hi, thank you for your reply.

There was a mistake in my first post.
After form filled in and data submitted (option bank transfer) there is a completely white page and in the url line is the page listed that owns the used booking form (page with the appropriate shortcode) and not the thank you page that I have included into the form’s settings.
The thank you page works fine with paypal (as mentioned in my first post) but is not redirected with the other payment option.

2. changing to <%fieldname11_1%> didn’t help, email subject still showing: “your booking for event <%fieldname11_1%>”. Same at the thankyou page after paypal payment:

I Have created the thankyou page as follows:
Hello <%fieldname1%> <%fieldname3%>,
we have received your booking data etc. etc.

fieldname1 is the title, fieldname2 is the name.

Fields aren’t filled with the form data, that’s my problem.
