As i can see, after checking your error log

There is no errors related to our plugin!

A 502 error usually indicates a problem with the server acting as a gateway or proxy.

Here are a few steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

    1. Check Server Logs:
      • Review your server logs for any error messages or warnings that occur when you trigger the 502 error. This can provide specific details about what’s causing the problem.
    2. Plugin Conflict:
      • Deactivate all plugins except WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify any conflicts.
    3. Theme Conflict:
      • Switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One) and see if the error still occurs. If it doesn’t, the issue might be with your theme.
    4. Update Plugin and WordPress:
      • Ensure that both WordPress and the WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click plugin are up to date. Sometimes updates include fixes for such issues.
    5. Increase Server Resources:
      • Sometimes, a 502 error can be due to insufficient server resources. Try increasing the memory limit in your wp-config.php file:phpCopy codedefine('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
    6. Check .htaccess File:
      • If you’re using an .htaccess file, ensure there are no rules that might be causing the error. You can temporarily rename the .htaccess file to see if it resolves the issue.
      • I want to check your .htacess file contents, but i dont prefer to provide it here because it may contain some sensitve data
      • So i suggest to check it with your developer and let me know the results

    Thank you

    Hello Dear,,
For years, our sales process has never stopped for more than a few minutes
However, due to a sudden conflict with one of the plugins that performed an automatic update, an error occurred in the payment plugin and the selling process on the site stopped without our knowledge.
We learned of the error several hours later and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
Regarding technical support: We are available around the clock to provide technical support to members and customers. We welcome you to the technical support page on our website.
If you wish, register on the site and then create your technical support ticket on the Help Center page
Or you can continue messaging via this ticket
We apologize for this urgent glitch. It will be resolved within hours at the latest
    Thank you

Hello and thank you for your question
We are very surprised that this happened to you. In all honesty, over the past years we have never faced a problem of this kind
Before I wrote this response to you, I tried the plugin again to make sure that this error does not occur, and it actually did not happen to me during the experiment.
I would like to follow up on this matter with you and learn more details about this strange error so that we can together reach a solution to this problem, so I would like to ask you some questions:
1- Please confirm the type of version you are using (free or paid)
2- Please provide me with the changelog error file if you can
3- I would like to try our plugin alone while disabling all other plugins and monitor if the error occurs. Will it also happen?? We want to check the conflict with other plugins
Thank you and I await your response

We were and still are committed to the usage agreement and the money-back agreement that our customers adhere to upon purchase
When the technical support person informed us of the problem, we in the programming team provided him with the response that you included in your message, and it is indeed correct.
We wrote this response when we thought that you had purchased our product very recently and we did not know that the time of purchase was so old
Once again, I am sorry that you have such a problem, but we have no way to refund money for old purchases, as this is against PayPal policies.
I will review your technical support ticket again and make sure we are able to solve your problem or not, and accordingly I will make the appropriate decision
I also hope that you will accept our objection to (((using a one-star rating as a means of intimidation))) instead of it being a reliable means of expressing an opinion.

I have sent you a Paypal invoice for the refund. Please pay it.

If I do not receive payment by May 10th, I will submit a formal complaint to WordPress.

You simply cannot sell your product on the WordPress  platform and then not support it when it causes problems

Thank you and I hope you understand

Firstly, allow me to express my deep regret that there is a problem with your experience using our plugin.

With apologies for the lengthy explanation below, I will speak somewhat generally:

I will start by saying that we have many tests that prove that our plugin works perfectly with Apple devices and performs all functions perfectly on the Safari browser and iPhone and iPad devices as well.

Perhaps it did not work correctly with your slider plugin on your site. This is called a conflict in working with the plugin and does not mean that it is bad at working with all Apple devices.

We know that some problems sometimes occur with some sites, and the following is a general explanation to clarify the point of view of what happens with some customers.

Firstly, it is very unfortunate that many website owners, perhaps after many years of owning websites and continuous use of dozens and perhaps hundreds of plugins, still believe that a plugin dedicated to copy protection may be able to be compatible with tens of thousands of other plugins or control the system. Operation of the visitor’s device.

This is impossible. The plugin cannot work at all outside the scope of the browser that runs your site for the customer. The functionality of the plugin cannot be more powerful than the basic browser functions, nor can it be compatible with the functions of all other plugins (perhaps 95% is an excellent number). But not 100% for sure.

Secondly, we face some problems in compatibility with some plugins that were programmed by other people, and this is very normal. By the way, a million plugins face the same type of problems, and this does not mean that they have defects. This only happens as a result of some differences in the way of thinking or way of working between each one. A programming team while working on its plugin.

More difficult than this task is our task of convincing our clients that we are actually doing this and that we cannot do some things because they are beyond our specified scope of control.

We cannot prevent screen recording (for example), and we cannot prevent displaying the page source (as another example). We may have found some ways to make these things more difficult, but preventing them absolutely is impossible.

Also, there is a huge difference between the famous browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Bing, Safari, etc.) They all have fundamental differences, and we are constantly trying to find middle points to deal with these differences. This is an arduous task that we undertake over many years of updating and working, whether in the paid version. Or free.

The best solution is for our valued customers to accept the existence of these differences and do appropriate research for alternatives when a conflict occurs, and not try to force us to interfere in how other plugins work to make them compatible against their will with the plugin that you wish to keep. When we cannot satisfy this desire, the customer expresses his anger on us in the form of a rating (one star) that carries negative content or inflammatory content for other customers not to buy (for example).

We welcome you to write your idea in the comment in the way you like, and we welcome you to choose any number of stars that suit your comment, but the comment contains content to incite customers not to buy. We believe that this is not a way to solve any problem. If you had asked to return the money, we would have done that and that was the end of it.

We have thousands of customers who are happy to own the Pro version of our plugin, and we are really unhappy that one of our customer’s experiences was not as perfect as we hoped.

    Thank you for your understanding

    After checking your website
You are seem to be using (NextGEN plugin) And this plugin has an addon called (Image Protection)

Here is its description from its official website

Image protection disables the ability for visitors to right-click or drag to download your images in both the gallery display and Pro Lightbox views. It gives you complete freedom to display your work without worry. You can also choose to protect all images sitewide, even outside of NextGEN Gallery.

    Please disable it and check

    Thank you

Hello @steheap, @frauleinanya and thank you for your question

There is (for sure) no permanent change on your website by our plugin, once deactivated, you must be allowed to select text and do right-click normally

But there are 3 caching levels you must sure to clear before the deactivating process takes effect

1- Cache by caching plugins must be cleaned

2- The cache by your web hosting provider must be cleaned (in most cases it will automatically be cleared after some hours)

3- The cache by your browser must be cleaned from your browser settings

If you still face any issues after doing all the above methods, please tell us

    Thank you

Do you have any cache plugin installed? if yes please clear the cache
Also, please check the browser console error log, if there is some erors caused by any other plugins, this may affect our plugin functionality
    Thank you

    Hello again,

That you made late edits to your first comment confirms the correctness of what we said in the previous response that the rating is full of false accusations for which there is no evidence

It also confirms that the rating was just a revenge attempt and not based on real scientific and programmatic foundations.

Your goal was clear from the beginning, which was to achieve the greatest amount of harm, and you did it with the utmost professionalism, you hurt us badly, and then you came in the last comment to teach us the rules of business management!! seriously!!

I wish you to reconsider the rating by deleting it and rewriting it logically again with a title that does not carry as much incitement as it is now.

    Thank you

    @osnicky59
At first I am very sad that you had such a bad experience with our product.
We have tried hard during the last period to direct technical support to you, and we have tried as much as possible to obtain your confidence.
We have everything documented already, with dates and time, we have a very excellent ticket support system, and our technical support is very quick to respond to everyone.
The process of entering as a manager on the control panel is part of the support process and is only done with the approval of the customer, and when the customer refuses, we provide alternatives and this is normal, and no one has the right to consider that this method of support is a means of penetration because it is only based on the approval of the customer and through him.
I am really surprised by what I read above of the allegations and accusations that are not baseless.
All information and allegations in your comment above are fake or retaliatory and incorrect and have the sole purpose of discrediting our product.
Having a bad experience with a particular product does not mean that the product is bad, it may be that your site contains back doors that allow viruses or unwanted comments to enter. What technical evidence do you have that authorizes you to make such an accusation against us!! Of course there is no evidence.
As usual with you and everyone like you before, they just write a bad comment and then run away, the goal of such a comment is very clear, and it is only to discredit the plugin that has won the trust of tens of thousands of users.
We invite you to prove your claim in the right way or delete this very bad comment.
Distributing accusations in this way is unacceptable and unjustified.
    thank you.

    @thecelticcroft
You should have verified this claim before you blame others.
As you know, the plugin is open source, so we challenge you to extract for us a single line of code that generates random login attempts.
Every unauthorized login attempt, we log it correctly and also log its username, password, ip, country, date and time.
Another point, it is very normal to find many differences in the reports between the site control panel and the hosting data of the site, the reasons that lead to such differences are too many and this is not the right place to explain them.
I invite you to seriously reconsider this review that harms us without any real proof from your side
    Thank you

First of all, we thank you @careerbuggy for your interest
The one-star rating really hurts us so we hope you will change your mind after reading the next comment, and we thank you again.
Perhaps you do not know that controlling the menus and functions of the browser is out of control and practically impossible. Web pages work under the browser and according to its will and commands, and not the other way around, this is how it is and nothing else, my friend.
Our plugin works inside web pages, and these pages are run by a higher-ranking browser and then ask our plugin to control or hide the browser menus! This is not possible at all
It is like asking the fetus in its mother’s womb to make a cup of tea for its father
Believe me, there is no way to do it, even if the fetus did it, we definitely wouldn’t be able to do it ?
I will ask you, my friend, a very small request, just bring me one software that controls the browser commands and menus, then we deserve one star evaluation, and believe me, then I will reprogram the plugin completely from scratch
    Thank you

    @xboxfan

At the outset I would like to thank you very warmly for this great discovery, the evidence of which is only speculation and guesswork from your own thinking.

(((We strongly deny the validity of all of the above)))

I strongly ask you to provide evidence and proofs for these expectations, and if you are not able to do so, I invite you to use programming developers to help you with that.

If you can’t prove your point then I think your best option is to stop making accusations + delete this assessment and reconsider it.

For my part, I will inform the WordPress team myself about this comment so that they can take a decision on their side.

    Thank you
