What’s next? Maybe hide the media library? So after giving my post some thought I’d like to apologize to the developer. it’s unfair for me to write a post like this as it causes harm to someone who spent an enormous amount of time doing what I cannot do, program a plugin. As the end user I am more compelled to find something easier to use than to wrap my head around the reasons I can’t make this work. So to be clear, apologies to the developer(s). I’m sure that if they had the time to prove their plugin works, they would spend that time on the plugin itself.
This is difficult work and I don’t want to minimize the effort of the developer in any way. Just because I couldn’t make it work doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. Kudos to the developer for creating something so big and powerful. I am still a bit frustrated as I was able to do everything I needed by switching to a free plugin.

In reply to: Multiple wordpress hacked – strange favicon***.ico e php filesSiteground cannot identify a method to stop the attacks. Nor can they scan backups for infections or added files. Following all security recommendations simply does not work. The problem is repeatable (since 9/112018 for me) but the cause cannot be determined by siteground. Something behind the firewall is reinfecting files and they cannot identify what is causing the issue.
Siteground recommends hiring a private security firm. It’s way cheaper to host elsewhere.
I’ve tried to work with siteground to fix the scans failing issue. They have not helped and I have hit the 3 support ticket limit:
“You already have 3 or more open tickets for this account, please update the previous tickets for additional issues or comments, or wait for their resolution”
We have about nine websites in that account with various issues including wordfence scans, infected backups/restores and inaccurate malware/infection reporting from the internal scans. Wordfence scans would really help, especially since they fail at vulnerability and file changes. And their phone number is currently busy from my end. smh

In reply to: [Modula Image Gallery] SpammersThanks for your understanding and willingness to help. Sorry for the “name calling”. Thanks again for your understanding and for enable media replace.
Hristo, time-out errors are about 15% of my 1500+ support tickets with siteground.
Clients report errors, I experience timeout errors but it’s apathy for timeout errors that causes frustration for me personally. I can’t remember siteground acknowledging a single timeout or gateway error. It’s too difficult to analyze my support tickets in siteground for a more comprehensive answer.
Please don’t take this personally but tell me that siteground doesn’t timeout all the time and I will find the inspiration to sift through the 150 pages of support tickets.
After reading this I’m concerned the plugin will not work with siteground hosting.

thanks for your quick reply!
Too big though, gotta keep our page sizes smaller for seo. Is that the only way to keep the image from jumping around on load?
