As to your questions:
a) it happens to others AND me, but not everybody. But of all devices, computers, people we checked each time, I’d say about 75%, but that’s an estimate based on calling random friends to see what they got in their screens. There’s no error when we purge.
b) as I mentioned before, the webhost has specifically told me not to adjust any settings myself. But I will pass this option along to them the next time I speak to them so that they can try this. I will also show them the 2 possibilities you mentioned, maybe that can help them look in the right direction.Again, thanks so much. Now I can at least tell them something more specific instead of my hunches!

Earlier today I also contacted the helpdesk of our template to see if they knew something. He tried changing the color, clicked on FVM Purge and I straight away encountered the issue again. So as to your question if there’s a way to reproduce: it’s by clicking FVM Purge. It’s not random.

Hi, sorry it took me so long, I had to get in touch with the client to set up a test page, but I managed to do so.
And while doing so it turns out that the client had the Tablepress Java functions turned on in that specific table, turning it off fixed the issue right away…
So we solved it! But thanks so much anyway for looking into it, and maybe this will help other people ??Hi Tom. I already tried that, to no effect.

The reason that there aren’t 12 variations is because we deleted those 3, since that particular configuration isn’t for sale. Some background info: it’s for peanuts, the choices are salted/unsalted and roasted/unroasted in 250gr, 500gr and 1000gr.
However, you can only have salted in the roasted type, so we removed the unroasted salted variations…But could that be the problem here, then?
If so, it’s rather strange that Firefox, Safari and Chrome have no trouble with this, only IE11…
And I think we have the same issue with other products where we haven’t manually removed variations.Thanks for this suggestion, though, appreciated!

I just bought it last weekend.Same issue here. Adding new slides only gives me an ‘item saved’ screen, but no actual items are added to a slide.
It used to work before and I havent added any other plugins in the meantime so I doubt that’s the problem. I have the premium version by the way.Fixed! Turns out, it was hosting related, I had to sync the htaccess in the adminpanel of my webhost. Simple, in the end ??
Hopefully this might help others with the same issue!I had almost the same problem. In my case, I had to go into the admin panel of my webhoster and sync the htaccess files, that fixed it right away!
