I am experiencing this issue as well after manual update to wp 303 after failure of autoupdate

when I click on add image icon and do search the names of images appear but without tiny thumbnail and click on SHOW fails.

I am able to go to media menu and see images there.

I am also experiencing problem on WIDGET page where the drop down menu does not work nor can I drag widgets from left hand to either sidebar

I have same issue and have tried every thing with no results. I have disabled all plugins and no result.

I do not accept that doing manual is only alternative

A tmp file gets created and then process stops.

It seems like a permissions issue.

Could a cdn be a factor?

Yes kingleo1 code for Social 352 works on wp285 with thesis 1.6. Just paste code into the custom.css

since i upgrade to wp 285 the comment box now appears in the footer

removing position: relative from CSS does not solve

restoring original comments form does not solve

restoring original footer does not solve

restoring original index.php does not solve

one clue is that the words div (the place to enter comments) appears in between js entries @ the footer.

Bluehost helped and came to same conclusion and raised memory to 64M and even had to set php.ini as SINGLE in cpanel–>php config

Now having problem with comment box of comment form appearing in footer

I upgraded and now notice that clicking on the link for all views for the day produces a blank page and the help window does not drop down.

I had same issue with 2.8 I did fresh auto install 2.8. General Settings page loaded correctly once then went back on fritz (sadly I did not know this and didn’t get to make the change to tagline like I wanted)

I have not tried again fearing potential corruption.

Will 2.8.1 fix this as it may be related to the autoinstall problems in 2.8?

I did auto reinstall of 2.8 and it returned to normal ONCE

next time I refreshed the page it stopped serving page so that time settings, save button do not appear, and click on help does not work even though one can edit but not save the TAGLINE box
