My “workaround” meanwhile was:
in the template file, directly under the template name I put the code:
<link rel='stylesheet' id='wspage-css' href='https://lustvollleben.at/wp-content/themes/lustvollleben-admiral-child/wspage.css' type='text/css' media='all' />
then I created a wspage.css file and in this css-file made the css changes using !important

.content-area {
	order: 2;
	box-sizing: border-box;
	padding: 2em 2em 0;
	width: 70% !important;
        margin: 0 !important;
	border-right: 1px solid #e5e5e5;
	border-left: 1px solid #e5e5e5;
	background-color: rgb(234, 207, 159, 0.8);
	-webkit-box-ordinal-group: 3;
	-ms-flex-order: 2;

It seemed to work, but dunno what effects this will have (responsiveness etc.).
I assume, my “workaround” is a dirty one ??

No, it is not “in error”. I just made a mistake by typing (c&P) that was tricky to find. So it was “simply” a typing-error.
But it brought me to further questions, I will ask asap.

To be correct – There Is a Sidebar, but it is blank…

I tried to get support first by the plugin-support-page. They could only provide me with tests, I already did and since then there is no more response …
I tried it in the german forum for the Theme – no answer.
I tried it in the english forum for the theme – no reaction either.

I have another site running by serendipity. When I had a problem there, there was immediate continuous support until the problem was solved.
To me it’s a disappointing experience.

Ok, here are the sidebars …

I dont see any use of this option, because I use CustomSB on Static Pages without posts …
As I wrote… it works on other Themes but not on Twenty Seventeen – But that‘s the one its created for ….
But not only the custom SB‘s not working – If CSb is enabled, also the standard BlogSB doesnt appear on other pages except Blog. But footers do…

Tested it with Twenty-Seventeen too ?
As far as I exerienced it, it works i.e. with Twenty-Sixteen and Fifteen …
But with 20/17 and 4.9 not.

Additional Information: When I Change Theme to 20/16 or 20/15 the sidebar appears ..
Only in 20/17 it doesn’t appear …

… don’t find any possibility to upload a file !
Where can I do it ?

All your proposals were already as you intended, except of the posttype option. I changed this for two sidebar-sets, but it didn’t make any difference. Hence it worked before, without this option, simply by defining it in the page-section I rechanged it, also because of the fact, that the footers work, without this option.
File will be uploaded …

You are lucky – I tried 2 times to remove and re-install the plugin, but I have still no sidebar …
Obviously WP remembers the defined custom – sidebars, maybe so it “remembers” the error also … Is there a way to completely remove the plugin after having saved the sidebars and make a clean install of the plugin and then load the sidebars manually – maybe that helps ….
