Ok thanks for confirming. So, I’ll continue to use that override function.
All the best and thanks very much for the quick and helpful response.
I’ve used that link and it is now working. Many thanks for resolving this issue! Please can you explain what steps were taken to resolve it?
Also, will I need to go through this process again in 3 months, or will I just need to generate a new certificate and key and upload them?
I’ve re-run form with “Generate SSL for both www & non-www domain” unchecked.
Downloaded HTTP file, removed empty top line. Uploaded:

Could not verify DNS records. Please check whether you have added above DNS records perfectly or try again after 5 minutes if you added DNS records just now. Upgrade to PRO version for fully automatic domain verification.
The advanced DNS management is set up correctly – that’s why the DNS propagation works.

This all looks correct to me, so please advise if anything is out of place.
The Debug log is showing the data since the reset, but nothing before that point.
Here’s a link (I’ve hidden the site url):

Hi,
Thanks for the reply and suggestion.I have already used the RESET function and generated new files to upload (both the HTTP and the DNS TXT files).
The HTTP files are publicly viewable. Both files display when clicking the verification file links.
The DNS propagation is confirmed.
Please can you suggest any other solution?
