I may be having the same problem as kims126? I just installed both plugins a few mins ago and assumed I am doing something wrong.

Seemed to work perfectly. Thank you very much for helping me.
In order to avoid a future recurrence of what you suspect happened, wouldn’t it be fairly easy to store the version # of the table schema in the db record and then have the plugin code throw a very specific error (and directions to fix) in the event that there is a version mismatch?
Great, thanks. All of my settings will be preserved, right? I just did an Export, just in case. Anything else you would recommend? Thank you.
Hi,
No. I just installed 17.1 and can confirm that the error is still thrown exactly like I detailed above? I’ll repost the details under 17.1 below, just in case anything small changed and I didn’t notice. Thank you.

17.0. But, I’m pretty sure this goes back to at least sometime in February — it’s not new with 17.0. [I was hoping 17.0 and at least one prior update would fix it.]
Thanks!

In reply to: Can’t preview draftNot sure the problem you’re having is the same as the one I had. If you have SiteOrigin’s Page Builder installed, def give this a try. If not, I’m prob wasting your time.
The fix for me was installing Black Studio TinyMCE Widget version 2.6.6. I can’t find the changelog now that I have installed it, but it references resolved conflicts with SiteOrigin’s Page Builder.
All fixed — hope this helps someone else!

In reply to: [Donations via PayPal] Accepting mobile donations via browserThanks! Armed w/ that info, I decided to try Chrome and Safari — worked perfectly.
Does not work in the Google app’s browser. Very odd — Chrome has more usability features, but I don’t recall anything ever rendering differently. [i.e. Anything that has run in Chrome has also run in the Google app.]
Weird. Thanks again!

In reply to: [Ascend] Very happy w/ Kadence themes and supportAnd now I have had occasion to seriously test out the tech support for a site that was challenging for me. Outstanding. A few of my questions could have very reasonably been responded to w/ something like “Not my problem, dude — this is Ascend tech support, not w3schools . com. Take your MailChimp form question elsewhere.”
Instead, I either received actual solutions (i.e. CSS code to copy-and-paste) or extremely helpful pointers that allowed me to develop a solution. I have two computer science degrees, and have been programming since 1978 — I know a good software biz when I see one.
Thanks, Hannah & Ben!

In reply to: [PayPal Button] Not the right solution for meThanks for your prompt response! I fixed my ad tracker error comment, and updated my review. I appreciate your offer of tech support, but your plugin is not the right solution for someone who wants a simple donation button — so, no point in me spending any more time on it.
Thanks again!
