I just want that for example https://www.myexamplesite.com/SEARCHTERM can be used as a variable for example a twittersearch on this freshly generated page.
So for example SEARCHTERM will be used with the twitter api and shows the twitter search results.

This is strange. It looks like the miscellaneous page is gone.
I only see writing, reading, discussion, media, privacy, permalinks (and some plugin related settings).

I remember having this page in older WordPress versions, but in 3.0 it seems to be gone…
