google changes their algorithm pretty fast – lately it seems they did another change and they might be testing something, so be patient and keep updating your website regularly and adding fresh content with pictures and dont copy content from other sites.

i think its because you posted a “page”, not a “post” – only posts show up in blog sections as far as im aware.

im not familiar with them, but i am sure if you google it you will find various companies – last i checked, it was pretty expensive to setup, but i am sure there are open source options which are free.

Just sign up to an affiliate system so the aff is tracked, and then you can tell people to use it so their commision is tracked.
