even now on version 8.8 its showing the same thing when iam trying to go to hardening or main settings

yeah the plugin must have that option to block the host too but i dont think blocking amazonaws is a good idea as many other good website crawling services also use amazonaws

no, it’s not related to my admin username and i already told you I haven’t made any changes to the database except the admin username and password (which is not a big thing to do)
I think it’s like as we added a table prefix to the database which is the work of your plugin now sofataculous is not able to communicate with the same database. you should work on it.

but the problem is not in the contact form the problem is when I get the email in admin the reply to have two emails one emails if the customer and the other email is my own admin email si basically iam sending a reply to the user and myself

the website was working but as mentioned i forgot the admin URL after that i zipped the plugin folder and deleted the plugin folder and the wp-admin URL started working again that made the website working i mean the admin login page

but as i forgot the admin username and password i tried to change it from softaculous but i got this error https://prnt.sc/qfufyd my point is if the website is working properly why did i get this error?

and there is only 1 database for that website and i made no changed to the database except from the admin username and password which is not the issue

the probleem isnt with the database i made the website working again but the thing is why am i getting those error when the table prefix are properly changed and the table prefix is also added in the config file

i figured it out that this is not related to your plugin as even if i go to https://domain-name.com/wp-includes it takes me to https://domain-name.com/folder/wp-includes/
but this only happens when the url is without slash https://domain-name.com/wp-includes
if i use url with slash https://domain-name.com/wp-includes/ then it doesnt show the folder name
