1. Upload and Activate WordPress Download Monitor (It’s says compatiable up to 3.2. but it works 3.5) and Contact Form 7
2. Configure settings for both plugins
3. Make sure in the Contact 7 form you leave the email field in the form so it will send the email the person who want to download your file(s). You can add additional fields to it as well.
4. After configuring the plugins you should have an id for both
5. In the shortcode below the download_id is for Download Monitor and the contact_form_id is for Contact 7 (look at the screenshots as an example to find them).
6. Replace the the X’s with id’s from the plugins and copy the whole shortcode and place it wherever you want in posts and/or pages.
7.Your Done!
